Door-to-door service. Unlike most service providers, we at DMT treat our members like family. When we arrive, we greet you, help get you situated into the vehicle, and ensure your safety by making sure all seat belts are fastened and all safety checks have been performed. When we get to your destination, we will help you disembark and get you checked into your appointment if needed. We also communicate directly with the facility to ensure we pick you up promptly.
Our drivers
Our drivers are simply the best — there is no other way to put it. They are very kind and patient with your needs.
Each driver is trained in CPR, First Aid, and AED, as well as industry-specific training for handicap transportation. They are further credentialed by drug testing, background checks, physical exams, sensitivity training, and more. Regular safety checks and routine quality assurance are measured frequently to ensure you are getting the best service.
Our vehicles
Our specially ordered vehicles were created with you in mind. All our vehicles are three years or less, ensuring you have a comfortable trip. Our lowered floors and large windows let you enjoy the view while we travel to your destination.
Our vans are inspected daily and kept clean to ensure your comfort and meet your expectations.
